ഒരു ദശലക്ഷത്തിലധികം ജനസംഖ്യയുള്ള കൊളോണ്‍ നഗരം "കളിസ്ഥലം" എന്ന വാക്ക് നിര്‍ത്തലാക്കുന്നു. പകരം, ഭാവിയില്‍ ഇഡ സ്ഥലത്തിനെ "കളിയും പ്രവര്‍ത്തന മേഖലയും" എന്ന് വിളിക്കും. ഇതിനായി കളിസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലെ 700 അടയാളങ്ങള്‍ മാറ്റിസ്ഥാപിക്കുമെന്നും അധികാരികള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

"കളിസ്ഥലം" എന്ന പേര് വഹിക്കുന്ന 700 പഴയ അടയാളങ്ങള്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ കാലികമല്ലെന്നും പ്രത്യേകിച്ച്, പ്രായം, സാംസ്കാരിക പശ്ചാത്തലം, സാധ്യമായ വൈകല്യങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവ കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഉപയോക്താക്കളുടെ വൈവിധ്യം കണക്കിലെടുക്കുന്ന വിപുലീകരിച്ച ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തല്‍ എന്ന ആശയം കണക്കിലെടുത്താണ് മാറ്റം.
